Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Kaprije

Die Ferienwohnung ist komplett ausgestattet, mit viel liebe zum Detail. Die Gastgeber sind super hilfsbereit und geben gute Tips für mögliche Ausflugsziele und Aktivitäten. Wir konnten die Gastgeber vor der Reise einiges Fragen, z.B. ob es eine Waschmaschine gibt, was für eine Kaffeemaschine da ist und auch sonst waren sie für alle Fragen immer offen. Für Familien mit Kinder (auch kleine Kinder) ist die Insel Preko und Pashman super geeignet, da es einige Sandstrände gibt (z. B. Nevidane), Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants gibt es überall. Sollte man einen Mietwagen nutzen - so klein wie möglich, da es sehr sehr enge Gassen in den Dörfern gibt. Auch Zadar ist zu Fuß eine kleine Reise wert, die Altstadt bietet für jeden was.

Wir haben uns direkt wohl gefühlt. Marko und seine Frau haben uns sehr freundlich empfangen und wir konnten ganz flexibel einchecken. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und hat alles, was man für den Urlaub benötigt. Marko war auch immer erreichbar. Super nett und angenehm mit den Beiden! Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt!

Modern apartment with all stuff you need for your holiday. Kitchen with all equipment you need to cook your meal. We spent there nice time with 3 small kids. Close to the beach (300m) which is suitable for kids. Opportunities for beach walks, promenade with bars and trips. Separate room with loundry machine, dryer, iron, hairdryer and space for beach stuff.

We hebben een paar heerlijke dagen gehad bij Anita. Mooi appartement met balkon en de kinderen hebben genoten van het zwembad en het voetbalveldje. Anita en haar gezin zijn zeer gastvrij. We werden zelfs een keer 's avonds uitgenodigd om hun zelfgemaakte pizza te komen eten en die was heerlijk!

Put simply, AMAZING, a big part of that thanks to Josip and his family. The location is perfect with hot tub, stunning pool and ocean (at most 4m from the gate) to swim and snorkel in or take the paddle board for a spin! A promenade passes the gate in both directions and goes for a few miles, all flat, and must visit Trojir is walkable, 15-20 mins. A boat taxi to Split also picks up a few yards away on a jeti which is perfect. With or without a car there is so much to see and do, Josip offered to pick us up from the airport which takes all hassle and worry away and will organise literally anything for you from a hire car to the door or a parasailing trip from his back gate! Breakfast was a real bonus with a varied selection every day, nothing too much trouble. The apartment was beautiful, with everything you need and a morning coffee on the balcony with breathtaking views just another bonus. Thank you Josip to you and your wonderful family, can't wait to come back. X

Un emplacement de choix a 15 min de l'aéroport de Split. Mehdi ainsi que Goran ont toujours été de bon conseil pour nous faire profiter de la Croatie et des alentours. Une voiture reste necessaire si vous souhaitez bouger un minimum. Je recommande vivement cette appartement amenagé avec gout et de tres bon standing

Wir hatten sehr schöne Tage bei Maria. Die Unterkunft ist perfekt um sich am Strand auszuruhen, aber auch um die Umgebung zu erkunden. Primosten ist ein sehr schöner Ort und bei Maria kann man einen sehr schönen Urlaub verbringen. Vielen Dank!

We have just returned from our week long stay and can't fault anything at all about the apartment and pool area. It is a short walk or ferry ride across to the stunning Trogir and there is a small beach right in front of the apartment. You can walk for 5 minutes along the beachfront to find many different beach front bars and restaurants. We hired a car for the week which allowed us to easily visit Krka National Park and Waterfalls which is an absolute must. We were only a 30 minute drive to Split where you can pick up many ferry trips to a number of beautiful islands. We visited Kvar and was amazed at it's beauty. The only downside to this beautiful spot was the road which runs outside of the apartment which can be busy. The airport flight path does run over Trogir which can also be a little noisy for those who are looking for complete peace and quiet. I have to say, it didn't spoil our holiday one bit and I can't recommend this apartment highly enough.

Adi was the friendliest host on our road trip. He was friendly and welcoming. We had a very nice conversation! The flat was flawless, amazing view, neatly clean and overall amazing. We only stayed for two nights but I would’ve loved to stay longer! Absolutly recommendable :) Thank you for being a kind host Adi!

Užili jsme si zde krásných 13 dní. Skvěle vybavená kuchyň. Krasně čistý apartmán. S Mariem byla super komunikace. Pokud někdy navštívíme opět Pakoštane, rádi se sem vratíme. Na pláž Janica to je 550 m což s dvěma malýma dětma zabralo 8-10 minut. Krásne uličky i centrum města. I na začátku září zde bylo co dělat. Děkujeme moc za zpříjemnění dovolené! Doporučujeme všem!

**Wundervoller Aufenthalt - Uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen!** Wir hatten eine fantastische Zeit in dieser Unterkunft. Die Lage war ideal, ruhig und dennoch in der Nähe aller wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und boten alles, was man für einen komfortablen Aufenthalt benötigt. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Gastfreundschaft der Gastgeber – sie waren stets freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Der Check-in verlief reibungslos und alle Absprachen wurden zuverlässig Wir werden aufjedenfall wiederkommen

Belle maison accueillante disposant de tout le confort nécessaire. Belle piscine Filip et sa maman sont des hôtes agréables., réactifs et disponibles.

Bardzo przyjemny pobyt. Byliśmy u Tomo 10 dni. Pokoje zgodne z opisem basem czysty i zawsze dostępny. Lokalizacja zdala od miejskiego zgiełku 30 minut spacerem do centrum miasta. Gospodarz zawsze pomocny i jak coś się zepsuło od razu przystąpił do naprawy. Serdecznie polecam!!!

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt von zehn Tagen in dieser Unterkunft in Kroatien. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich, gut erreichbar und hat uns bei Fragen oder Problemen sofort weitergeholfen. Die Unterkunft war sauber und gut gepflegt. Ein kleiner Hinweis zur Stromversorgung vor Ort: Abends war es manchmal nicht möglich, Spül- oder Waschmaschine zu nutzen, da die Spannung nicht immer ausgereicht hat. Das Licht hat gelegentlich geflackert, und es gab einen kurzen Stromausfall, der aber nur an einem Tag und nur wenige Sekunden dauerte. Diese Einschränkungen sind allerdings keinesfalls dem Airbnb oder dem Vermieter anzulasten und haben unseren Aufenthalt nicht beeinträchtigt – es ist einfach ein Merkmal der Umgebung. Am nächsten Morgen bzw. am Tag konnten die Geräte problemlos genutzt werden. Trotz dieser kleinen technischen Hürden war unser Aufenthalt sehr angenehm, und wir können die Unterkunft absolut weiterempfehlen. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder hier buchen! Dankeschön!

Unser Aufenthalt war ein Traum 🤩 Für zwei Pärchen das perfekte Haus. Super Meerblick, kurzer Weg zum Meer (ca. 70 Meter) sowie zwei Badebuchten gut zu Fuss erreichbar. 10 min Fussweg zur Stadt erreichbar. Besonders erwähnenswert ist die aussergewöhnliche Architektur des Hauses. Wir können das Haus auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Wir danken Dino für zwei unvergessliche Wochen.

Eine unglaublich wunderschöne Unterkunft, hat alles was man braucht im Haushalt. Die Gastgeber sind sehr sympathisch und freundlich. Kann es auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen. Lg Rahela

Świetne miejsce na odpoczynek, wszystko jest pod ręka. Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, apartament czysty, nowo urządzony. Pani Magda zawsze odpowiadała na pytania.

Boravio sam kod Tome i njegovog sina Marka, koji su učinili sve da naš boravak bude izvanredan. Iako smo stigli brodom bez najave, a Marko je očekivao dolazak autom, brzo se prilagodio i osigurao nam mjesto za brod u luci Tribunj. S terase na trećem katu imali smo pogled na brod, što je dodatno upotpunilo naše iskustvo. Pogled na more bio je očaravajući, s prekrasnim prizorom na luku i otoke. Kuća se nalazi na idealnoj, mirnoj lokaciji, blizu svih potrebnih sadržaja, i bila je besprijekorno čista, što je povećalo osjećaj udobnosti. Siguran sam da ću se svake godine vraćati u Tribunj, a Riva House Tribunj će uvijek biti moj prvi izbor. Preporučujem je svima koji žele posjetiti Dalmaciju i Tribunj.

This home was even more amazing than the photos showed. It was beautiful, calm, with spectacular views of the ocean and sunset. The home is located within walking distance of several beaches that were not very crowded. Alenka and Danko were so kind to receive us and show us around the apartment, they even provided a starter supply of food, with fruit and drinks, which were much appreciated! I would 100% stay at this home again!!

Ana was very helpful and friendly. The house is perfectly located near the beach and a short walk into town.

Nous avons passé une semaine chez Anamarija avec nos deux filles de 12 ans et 16 ans. Cette location vous laissera de bons souvenirs de votre séjour . La vue extérieure sur la mer est exceptionnelle. La piscine est située face à la mer. Des draps de bain étaient installés sur chaque transat à notre arrivée. L'appartement se situe au rez de chaussée de maison. Les hôtes habitent à l'étage de la maison mais Anamarija et sa famille sont très discrets. L'endroit est très calme. Les literies sont de bonne qualité. Pour les enfants il y a des jeux extérieurs mis à disposition. L'intérieur est un peu rustique mais vous profiterez surtout du cadre extérieur. Bon rapport qualité/prix. Je recommande cet endroit.Sandrine

Vi har haft 5 skønne dage i huset, som virkelig har alt hvad man skal bruge. Ejeren var så sød at køre os ud og handle da vi ankom sent. Området er meget stille med en skøn udsigt til havet, som ligger et par trin ned. Der er både stole, madrasser og padelboard man må låne og bruge. Man kan hurtigt tag en taxa til Trogir, hvor der er lidt mere liv - det koster ca 20€ for en stor bil derind.

The Studio flat was really great with everything you need for a holiday. It is very close to Split airport so only 10 minuits by taxi. Enough distance so that there is hardly any aircraft noise. It is literally across the road from the beach. All the beaches have fine slightly sharp gravel so take beach shoes. The Island of Trogir is a 10 minuite bus journey ride away that stops practically outside the door. You can also easily bus to many little beaches with changing places and showers. There are Water sports, buses, water taxis close by and a ferry to Split. The host is really nice, always contactable, very helpful and full of local knowledge. I cannot recommend the wonderful host and her family enough in this perfect location.
