Host nya sangat cooperative dan informatif. Awal booked mendadak cancel H-1 padahal itu di peek season dan stelah konfirm host dengan baik hatinya request kami untuk di reschedule di accept 🥹 Untuk lokasi villa sangat strategis, ke alun-alun dan tempat pariwisata sangat dekat, cari makanan mudah. Amaze dengan bangunannya, bener2 setiap space berfungsi dengan baik, semua tempat bersih, ameneties lengkap, disediakan air minum, makanan, buah yang cukup. Perlengkapan BBQ dan jacuzzi lengkap juga, bawa anak-anak juga seneng karna disediakan uno, free netflix juga. Pokoknya ini sangat worth it ditengah harga hotel di Kota Batu yang sangat mahal-mahal.

This place was very nice, clean and peaceful. all of the furniture were vere luxury and elegant looking. it has very complete amenities as were mentioned in description. the hot water in the bathroom works very nicely. Tempatnya sangatlah nyaman dan terasa seperti rumah sendiri. Lokasi berada di tengah-tengah antara Malang dan Batu jadi kami bisa lebih fleksibel ingin travel ke Malang ataupun Batu. Tempat juga memiliki pengamanan yang baik dan kami merasa aman tinggal disini. Hanya saja ada sedikit miss communication di mana kami tidak menemukan tempat sampah di luar rumah yang ternyata tempat sampahnya mepet ke rumah tetangga. Selain itu AC juga kurang dingin namun terbantu dengan sirkulasi rumah yang sangat baik dan udara malam yang dingin. Saya merekomendasikan tempat ini untuk mereka yang ingin explore Batu maupun Malang. Terima kasih juga saya ucapkan kepada host yang sangat responsive dan helpful. Tempatnya sangat nyaman.

Good place to stay in Malang. The location is strategic, near Bus Terminal, Soekarni Hatta Area with its culinary, central town, Train Station, Airport and also hidden access to Batu. All facilities is well maintained, though we don't use it oftenly since most of our time in Malang was spent outside the house. The host is friendly but need to be more proactive to explore customer needs during the booking and checkout time. Thanks Pak Sarwono & family.
