Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Iwate

Beautiful log cabin with the owners nearby to help and give us tips. Owners also offers pottery experience and enthusiastically showed us around their property and suggestions for places to visit. Very warm and friendly, we learnt a lot from them and would one day like to return.

Naoki was the most amazing host. So helpful and accommodating. Super flexible and provided great information and details. Property is excellent. Such a great stay and loved our peace and quiet. Could not recommend more. Our favourite AirBnb stay yet! Thank you for being such a great host.

It’s a large house with a big kitchen to work with. It is tidy and clean.

趣味の集まりにて、2泊3日で滞在させていただきました。 遠野にまつわる物語を語り聞かせてくださったり、薪でストーブをずっと焚いてくださったり、時折ご様子見にいただけたりと、とても親切にご対応いただきめした！ 作っていただいたピザもとても美味しくて、宿泊者みんなが黙って真剣にピザと向き合っていました(笑) 観光について決めていなかったのですが、おすすめスポットやプランも提案してくださったり、朝の雪が残る時間帯に周辺の案内をしてくださったりと想像以上の充実した日々を送ることができました！ また機会がありましたらご利用させていただきたいです‼️ 本当にありがとうございました🙇‍♂️

房子很漂亮又房間很大，民宿老闆跟老闆娘準備的餐點豐盛又好吃，每間房間幾乎都有空調很暖和，下次有機會再訪的話，會再選擇一次

A rather authentic stay in the traditional house with Japanese futon beds and fully equipped kitchen :) What really stood out was Kiku-san's impeccable hospitality - we had the indoor slippers laid out to welcome us back every single time! To top things off, I had left something behind and Kiku-san went the extra mile to communicate with the receiving hotel so that the receptionist could verify with me even when I had almost forgotten about it myself when I was checking in!

We loved staying here. Easy drive to everything Morioka and the region had to offer. Plenty of parking. Despite the large size, the heating kept it warm. Beds were soft and cozy and there were room dividers that pulled down from the ceiling so we could separate a little from the kids. Kids playroom downstairs kept them occupied. Dining table and two couches was plenty of space to hang out. There was even a little gift shop where we bought apple juice and apple jelly from the farm to take home. Will definitely book again if we return to Morioka in the summer.

This place has absolutely everything you could possibly need, even a sewing kit and scissors. Nice and warm downstairs, great location for privacy. Perfect size for a solo traveler or a couple.

今まで泊まったお宿の中でも1番自信を持ってオススメできる最高の空間でした！特に朝食は全て地域の素材を生かしていて、西和賀町でしか味わえない本当に美味しい朝食を雪景色を見ながらいただくことができました！またホストのご夫婦はとても温かく、焚き火や高田沢山の登山、ピザ作りなど私たちのやりたいことをすべて完璧にサポートしてくれ、忘れられない思い出になりました! 一度訪れたら絶対にまた戻ってきたくなる日本の故郷を感じられる場所です。 ゆっくりと2泊以上するのがオススメです！
