I am from Budapest but now living abroad. For me, this apartment is perfect for shorter or longer stays. Location cannot be beaten - 3 metrolines, buses, trams around, a huge number of bars and restaurants right on the street. The neighbourhood is very busy, but in the bedroom you don't hear a thing, as it faces to inside courtyards. The apartment itself is well equipped, it is clear that this is not a professional accommodation (luckily) but someone's home. Therefore it is well taken care of. The bed is extremely comfortable, I had a perfect sleep. If you'd come here to get drunk with friends and party in your accommodation, please do not rent this place - this is a gem, which needs to be respected and taken care of. Also, people are living in this house, so that also needs to be respected. However, if you want to enjoy the very best of Budapest and its nightlife, and then have a great rest, then this is definitely your place. It is hard to find a better one.

It was a nice and clean Appartement. The parking space is a big bonus and the instructions to get in, were very clear.

Beautiful apartment in a brilliant location easy to get to lots of restaurants, bars, shops, thermal baths and all activities.

We had a brilliant four night stay in this beautiful apartment right in the middle of Budapest. There were loads of restaurants and cafes all around as well as some great bars. Brigitta is an excellent host, willing to help with advice on what to do. We would highly recommend this as a place to stay!!

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, wir waren super zufrieden. Die Wohnung ist eigentlich ein Häuschen und liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend bergaufwärts. Die Aussicht auf die Stadt aus dem Schlafzimmerfenster ist atemberaubend. Mit dem Auto hat man hier Vorteile und ist rasch in der Stadt, mit dem Bus wäre es etwas umständlicher aber möglich. Julian ist sehr hilfsbereit auch von remote. Er hat sehr rasch geantwortet und immer nachgefragt. Alles bestens.

Wir haben Judit und Sandor als wundervolle Gastgeber kennen gelernt. Die Kommunikation war stets herzlich, so dass die Google-Übersetzung nicht gestört hat. Neben der mit viel Liebe fürs Detail eingerichteten Wohnung, wurden wir mit Köstlichkeiten verwöhnt. Ebenso stand als Gastgeschenk eine Flasche Wein und Wasser für uns bereit. Die Wohnung verfügte über eine Klimaanlage, die wir kostenpflichtig nutzen konnten und die uns die heißen Tage ebenfalls versüßt haben. Die Wohnung war nur wenige Schritte vom Badestrand des Balaton entfernt. Es gab im Ort einen Supermarkt und Restaurants. Da wir in der Nachsaison vor Ort waren, war der Badestrand kostenfrei. Ein Ausflug zum Südstrand mit der Fähre sowie die Seehöhle in Tapolca sind unserer Ansicht nach sehr empfehlenswert. Wir sprechen eine uneingeschränkte Empfehlung für unsere herzlichen Gastgeber aus und bedanken uns für den angenehmen Aufenthalt. VIELEN DANK!!!

Csodás hely kicsit kikapcsolódni, alkalmas arra, hogy az ember egy térben legyen a másikkal, de a ház elosztása miatt el is lehet vonulni. Szilvi nagyon rugalmas volt minden felmerülő kérdéssel/kéréssel kapcsolatban. Jó szívvel ajánlom!

We enjoyed our stay a lot. The apartment is modern, comfortable and clean. The Balaton is in a walking distance. The grocery store is three minutes walk.

오래된 아파트지만 깨끗한 인테리어가 되어 있는 곳입니다. 가족 단위로 와서 숙박하기 좋고 스틀리트 시내나 주변 비치로 차로 간단히 이동할 수 있습니다. 주인이 추천해 준 식당도 마음에 들었습니다. 다만 주차는 아파트 주변에 주차해야 하는데 늦게 들어오는 경우는 주차 자리를 찾는데 시간이 좀 걸립니다. 전반적으로 만족스러운 곳이었습니다.

We spent our Christmas at this home…which did feel as home. As a big family, 15 people it was just right. There was privacy in the Ensuite rooms and the common areas were big and great for time together. We did little walks in the town which is tiny and peaceful, great if you fancy to get away from the busy and noisy city life during the festive season. The sauna and jacuzzi were amazing during the cold days and we enjoyed every day there. It was an amazing holiday with the family at this place. :)

We had a truly wonderful stay at Szabolcs's place. The location was peaceful and beautiful, perfect for relaxing and enjoying nature. The house was clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Szabolcs was a kind and attentive host, always ready to help if anything came up. Tolle Unterkunft für eine Stadttour. Zwar einfach ausgestattet, aber alles was man braucht und sauber - dementsprechend Preis/Leistung top!

Really well located apartment with a very spacious balcony. The apartment was well stocked with kitchen goods and toiletries. Márta was very helpful and welcoming upon arrival, would definitely recommend to a friend.

Great place to stay for the weekend. Super easy to find and close to both the center of Buda and the Pest sides of the city with easy access with public transport. The apartment was clean and tidy with a great view if the castle. close to local super markerts. Great service and really hjelpfull host. Highly recommend

My partner and I LOVED this beautiful and clean apartment. It it just like Hedda describes and shows it. We had a wonderful time. Hedda also gave us some recommendations and was quick to respond. She also provided several teas, bottled water and lots of coffee, such as other appliances in the apartment, it really had everything there! We would love to come back!❤️

The apartment has a good location, close to public transport and supermarkets, located in a quiet area. So, if you do not want to hear city noise but still be close to city center this is a very good option. Gergo is very responsive and helpful.
