Yarras Homestead is a beautiful historic farmhouse just 9 minutes from the centre of Bathurst.

Situated on a working farm, Yarras is the perfect destination for a relaxing couple’s getaway or to stay with a group of friends.

A dream setting for weddings, custom events, photo shoots or just a memorable escape.

Fully renovated and sleeps up to 10 people in complete luxury.

There is several peaceful outdoor areas to enjoy a coffee, read a book, or take in the sunsets & rural views.

The space
The homestead is fully equipped with everything you could need during your stay.

All you need to bring is your food, wine & good company.

Both the lounge room & formal dining room have beautiful inbuilt wood fires.

The homestead also has ducted heating & cooling to ensure a comfortable stay.

Every detail has been considered.

Yarras is only a $50 taxi ride from Bathurst CBD should you choose to have dinner & a few drinks in town.

Both King beds can be split into single beds at an additional charge, making 8 individual beds in total.

The homestead accommodates a maximum of 10 guests.

Not suitable for toddlers & young children, due to the staircase having no child safety barriers and no fireplace guards.

OCCUPANCY
a) Yarras Homestead is booked for the specific number of guests you have nominated on your booking form. The guest limits apply at all times during your booking.
b) Any additional guests, including day visitors, above those that have been nominated on your booking form must be approved in writing prior to your stay.
c) You are not permitted to exceed the number of guests you have booked for.
d) No mattresses, tents or caravans accommodating additional guests are permitted.
e) If it is evident that you have exceeded the number of booked guests, we reserve the right to
(i) charge you for the additional guests.
(ii) Evict all guests without any refund.

Guest access
Guests have full access to the Farm homestead, and surrounding grounds.
