- Bedroom 1: Enjoy a restful night on the queen bed, complete with a ceiling fan and TV for your comfort.
- Bedroom 2: Featuring a single bed and workspace, this room requires access through Bedroom 1.
- Bedroom 3: Perfect for families, this spacious room includes a queen bed plus bunks—ideal for kids or extra guests.

Heating - Split system in lounge room plus slow combustion wood heater - Please note it is an older home so can get very cold in the winter months.
