Guest access
At Winders Estate, you’ll have exclusive access to the entire home, nestled on five private acres of serene countryside. Thoughtfully designed for comfort and relaxation, it’s a peaceful retreat where you can truly unwind and soak in the sweeping, picturesque views.
Step outside and wander the grounds at your leisure, breathing in the fresh country air as you take in the rolling hills beyond—where cows graze and kangaroos gently roam, adding to the magic of the landscape.
Surrounded by nature, the estate is also a haven for native wildlife. Keep watch for beautiful Australian birds, including yellow-tailed black cockatoos, galahs, and rainbow lorikeets, whose visits bring a touch of colour and life to your stay.
Other things to note
We provide laundry and essential cleaning supplies for your convenience throughout your stay. Longer stays are warmly welcomed, making Winders Estate ideal for extended getaways, family gatherings, work trips or relaxed country retreats.
The home comfortably accommodates 10–12 guests across its spacious bedrooms. An additional double sofa bed in the living area is available upon request for extra guests, with a small additional charge for the addition guests over 10.
Fresh linen and towels are provided for all guests, along with warm blankets to ensure a comfortable and cosy stay in every season.
We are a family-friendly home and take pride in welcoming guests travelling with babies and young children. Please don’t hesitate to reach out if you require any specific items to make your stay more comfortable—we are always happy to assist where possible.
As a courtesy to our neighbours and local community, we kindly ask that guests be mindful of noise levels. The property is located in a peaceful, family-friendly area, so we kindly request that outdoor noise is kept to a minimum and that loud music is not played after 10pm. We greatly appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain the calm and tranquil atmosphere of the estate.
