Wildefell Estate is a private seven-acre Southern Highlands retreat, set high above the escarpment with sweeping views across Shellharbour and Mount Murray.

Designed for up to 20 guests, the estate combines refined country architecture with expansive living and fireplaces, creating a natural setting for gathering.

The Main House is designed for gathering, with expansive living areas, multiple fireplaces and a fully equipped estate kitchen. A 3.8m live-edge timber dining table anchors the space, complemented by a baby grand piano, pool table and sweeping escarpment views.

For the duration of your stay, Wildefell Estate is reserved exclusively for you and your guests - a private 7-acre sanctuary to enjoy without interruption.

You will have full access to both the Main House and the Cottage, along with the surrounding gardens, lawns and outdoor entertaining spaces. Settle in by the fireplaces, gather around the dining table, enjoy the pool table, or unwind in the private gym located within the Cottage.

Firewood is thoughtfully supplied throughout the estate, and all household essentials are prepared in advance, including quality linen, bath towels, kitchen provisions and bathroom amenities to ensure a seamless arrival.

A detailed House Manual awaits on the kitchen bench, offering guidance on estate features and curated local recommendations.

Wildefell is designed for complete privacy, comfort and connection.

Wildefell is a private countryside estate set across expansive paddocks in the Southern Highlands, offering a stay that is both relaxed and considered.

The experience is intentionally connected to its natural surroundings. Seasonal elements such as wildlife, insects and the textures of a rural property form part of the environment, shaping a more grounded and authentic escape from the city.

Wombats, rabbits and native birdlife are often seen across the grounds, while our resident sheep and goats add to the character of the estate.

We maintain a high standard of presentation throughout the home, balancing comfort and detail with the natural charm and rhythm of the property.

As with all properties managed with care, we ask guests to respect the home and its surroundings during their stay.
