Our apartment is perfectly located in West Melbourne, a quiet pocket just minutes from the CBD.

Guest access
You'll have access to the entire apartment and car parking space - also access to the heated pool and gym within the building.

Other things to note
🚗 Parking: Guests have access to one allotted car space in the building’s secure carpark. Unfortunately, we’re unable to provide extra spaces.

🔑 Keys: Please take care with the keys and access fob. If they are lost, the building charges us $180 to replace them, so this fee will be passed on to guests.

Strictly no parties and noise levels must be kept down after 10pm.

No pets and no additional guests staying above our maximum.
