- Exclusive access to the entire apartment, including both levels and private balconies.
- You’ll also have access to one free, secure undercover car space, as well as the building’s heated indoor pool and fully equipped gym, shared with residents.
- There are no shared areas within the apartment itself.
Other things to note
🚗 Parking: One secure, allocated car space is included. Unfortunately, we’re unable to provide additional secure parking spaces, paid street parking is available.
🔑 Keys & Access: Please take care with the keys and access fob. The building charges a replacement fee of $200 if they are lost, which will be passed on if required.
🏢 Residential Building: The apartment is located in a quiet residential building. Out of respect for neighbours, parties are not permitted and noise must be kept to a minimum after 10pm.
🛏 Guest Limits: Only registered guests may stay overnight. Unfortunately, pets are not permitted.
🏊 Shared Facilities: Pool and gym access are shared with residents and should be used respectfully in line with building guidelines.
🔑 Self Check-In: Easy self check-in is provided, with full instructions shared prior to arrival.
🪜 Layout Note: The living area is located upstairs, with bedrooms downstairs.
🍼 A portable cot suitable for infants is available upon request. Please let us know in advance so we can have it arranged and setup ready for your stay.
