🚗 Parking: One free secure undercover car space is included (2.1m height clearance). Street parking is available on Batman Street for additional vehicles — check signage for time limits.
🔑 Keys & Access: Please keep the keys and building fob safe. Lost keys incur a $200 replacement fee charged by the building — we'll always let you know before passing any costs on.
🏢 Residential Building: The apartment is in a quiet, well-managed residential building. Out of respect for neighbours, parties are not permitted and noise should be kept to a minimum after 10pm.
👥 Guest Limits: Overnight guests are limited to the number registered at booking.
🐾 Pets: We're unable to accommodate pets at this property.
🚭 No smoking inside the apartment or on the balconies.
🏊 Shared Facilities: The pool and gym are shared with building residents — please use them respectfully and in line with building guidelines.
