The garden the balcony overlooks is communal, shared between the building's twelve apartments.

Neighbourhood highlights

Bondi — iconic beachside suburb with a lively café and dining scene, surf beaches and coastal walks. Flood Street is a quiet street a few blocks inland from the beach, close to local groceries, bakeries and takeaway cafés. Bondi Pavilion, North Bondi shops and the Bondi Road retail strip are all within easy walking distance. The vibe is tourist-friendly, active and beach-focused by day; evenings are relaxed with many dining options. The Bondi to Bronte coastal walk — and its longer Bondi-to-Coogee extension — starts at the south end of the beach and is one of Sydney's most spectacular cliff-top experiences.

Eat, drink, coffee
You're spoilt for choice. Hall Street and Campbell Parade are Bondi's main eat streets — try Speedos Café for the classic Bondi breakfast, Brown Sugar for great coffee, Funky Pies for plant-based comfort food, Lox Stock & Barrel for a proper Reuben, and Beach Burrito for an after-surf feed. For something a bit more special, Hugo's Bondi, Sean's Panaroma and Icebergs Dining Room all sit within a short walk. Around the corner from the apartment, North Bondi village has the legendary North Bondi RSL (great-value family meals and the best sunset deck in Sydney), Lamrock Cafe, surf shops, a Coles and a fantastic organic deli.

Things to do
Bondi Markets — every Sunday at Bondi Public School. Vintage, fashion, food and a genuinely good vibe.
Sculpture by the Sea — the iconic outdoor sculpture exhibition along the coastal walk every October–November.
Bondi Pavilion — restored heritage cultural centre on the beach, with exhibitions, classes and live music.
Bondi Icebergs ocean pool — pay a few dollars and swim laps in saltwater with the surf crashing over the wall.
Yoga & Pilates — half a dozen excellent studios within walking distance, including beachfront classes in summer.
Surf, swim, paddleboard — gear hire is everywhere along Campbell Parade. (And remember: we leave a body board and a surfboard for you.)

Other beaches & day trips
The Eastern Beaches strip is one of the best stretches of coast in Australia. The coastal walk takes you straight to Tamarama (10 minutes), Bronte (25–30 minutes) and on to Clovelly and Coogee. Watson's Bay (lunch at Doyle's, a sunset pint at the Watsons Bay Hotel) is a 20-minute drive or scenic ferry ride. Sydney Harbour, the Opera House, Royal Botanic Gardens and Circular Quay are roughly 30 minutes away.

Shops & essentials
Bondi Junction (10 minutes by bus) has a giant Westfield with Coles, Woolworths, David Jones, Myer, an Apple Store, cinemas and the Bondi Junction train interchange. North Bondi Coles, IGA, pharmacies, post office and bottle shops are all within a few minutes' walk of the apartment.
