Each guest is granted exclusive access to our "Must see... Places to be... Things to do" Portfolio of personally recommended local sights and attractions.

Complimentary Wi-Fi access, street parking and all the basic necessities for your stay.

Guests have their own private entrance to the property with on-site parking available.

For those travelling via Public Transport, guests can take a 15-20minute walk from Woy Woy Train Station, book a taxi or local Uber Driver services available.

Access into the house itself is via stairs to the front door or an accessible ramp brings you to the back patio.

Other things to note
Guests are able to request for either contact free check-in or face-to-face greeting with the Property Manager Elle upon your arrival.

The Tin Shack is a COVID-SAFE Business registered with NSW Health.
Guests are required to check-in to the accommodation using the provided QR Code on arrival.
The property goes through a thorough deep clean before and after each guest.
Guests are informed of any restrictions in place for the LGA.
**Please note: there are currently no requirements for Travel Permits within NSW. This may change at any time and we will have to follow Government Protocols. We appreciate guests understanding.
**Cancellation Policy: we have two booking options available for guests, Non-Refundable and Firm. Please note if you book your stay with the non-refundable 10% discount rate, we will NOT be able to approve a refund due to COVID-19 restrictions. If you are concerned about potential risk of lockdown or increase in restrictions affecting your stay, we highly recommend you choose the full price firm option where guests have the ability to cancel their stay if needed, following airBnB refund procedures. This is to ensure we are able to continue our business in providing guests with short-stay accommodation. We appreciate your understanding and acceptance of this policy.

A prime location just an hour north of Sydney and 90minutes south of Newcastle, with convenient access to the M1 you can explore everywhere across the Central Coast as well as Sydney and the Hunter Region.
