The Oakes is a Peaceful Retreat, set on acres of lush rainforest, complete with a seperate barn conversion. The extensive gardens allow you to fully immerse yourself in the Byron Hinterland, whilst still being close to the quirky delights of Mullumbimby.

Situated with an outlook over Mount Chincogan and just a few minutes drive into the charming town of Mullumbimby.
The long driveway sets the main house and studio far away from the road and surrounded by lush gardens to explore.
The main house has high beam ceilings and sliding doors to allow the outside in.
The front shaded deck is a great spot to bird watch & sip coffee.
Delightful open plan living space with a fully equipped kitchen, Dining space and comfortable sofas. Large powerful ceiling fans to cool you in the summer.
The kitchen leads out to the laundry area and sun patio and extensive gardens to explore.
Fire pit and undercover outdoor dining.
4 bedrooms are located in the main house.
