Guest Access & Privacy
Guests staying at The Homestead enjoy private use of the main residence, pool and surrounding outdoor living spaces, including landscaped gardens, outdoor lounge areas and the barbecue terrace.
A separate studio retreat known as The Barn sits elsewhere on the property and may occasionally host another couple. The buildings are positioned to operate independently, with separate entrances and parking, allowing both stays to remain private and relaxed for all guests.
The Homestead guests have exclusive access to the pool and the primary outdoor entertaining areas during their stay.
Parking
Please note the garage is not available for guest parking. However, there is ample driveway parking for multiple vehicles, along with free unlimited street parking directly in front of the property.

Pool Heating
The pool is heated from September through March. As the pool is outdoors and not covered, we’re unable to guarantee or recommend a specific water temperature at any time. Your booking & use of the pool constitutes acceptance of these terms.
Tennis Courts
Tennis courts need to be booked via Chateau Elan Reception. We do not provide equipment.
Golf
Golf can be booked and paid for direct with The Vintage Golf Club Pro Shop
The Vintage Leisure Centre
Can be accessed using the blue key tag on your entry key set. The Leisure Centre includes a 50m pool, children's wading pool, jacuzzi, and gym.
