To ensure a pleasant and respectful experience for all our guests, we require a security deposit of USD100.00 to be paid in advance. This deposit serves as assurance that the room will be returned in its original condition upon check-out.
If no incidents occur, 100% of the deposit will be refunded. However, if any of the circumstances listed below occur—even just one—the security deposit will not be returned.
1. Excessive Garbage:
· If excessive garbage is left in the room, particularly outside the trash bags provided, making the room smelly, dirty, or untidy.
· Please note: A large trash bin is available on the hallway on each hotel floor for your convenience. Guests are expected to use it to dispose of their garbage and help keep the room tidy.
2. Damage to Amenities:
· If any amenities provided in the room are broken, stained, torn, rendered dysfunctional, or missing.
3. Smoking or Burning:
· Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the room and on the balcony.
· If there is evidence or smell of smoking, or if guests burn any substances inside the room or balcony, the deposit will not be refunded.
4. Unauthorized Activities or Damages:
· If any activities cause damage to the room, furniture, or property, including unauthorized gatherings or parties that lead to disturbances or harm to the property.
