Welcome to our beautiful studio in the stunning Northern Beaches of Sydney.
This recently re-decorated studio features a cosy bedroom with a double bed. There's a lounge room with Wi-Fi and a UHD TV with streaming services as well as a kitchenette with all essentials. There is also an undercover outdoor dining area.
Convenient undercover parking at the front door. Enjoy full access to our serene garden.
We are close to public transport and a shopping centre. Book now for a memorable stay!
The space
The studio is in a little hidden valley in the foothills behind Narrabeen Beach.
The property is very private as it is located away from the street down a private driveway. The studio is part of a newly renovated house and has all new quality fixtures and fittings and your own private entrance. All the facilities are yours and not shared with your host. You also have access to our beautiful garden.
The studio is cosy in winter and cool in summer with newly installed reverse cycle air conditioning. It is close to beautiful beaches, lakes, parks, shopping, cafes and restaurants.
Enjoy relaxing inside or undercover right outside the studio. You can also wander through our expansive garden and enjoy sitting beside the pond. You will probably find us there as it is our favourite place. Please ask if you want to use the firepit.
The space has a light filled separate bedroom with a double bed and wardrobe, a kitchenette with all new quality appliances: microwave, 179L fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, electric fry pan and induction cooktop. Cutlery, plates, bowls, glasses, mugs, tea towels etc. are also provided. Tea, coffee, sugar and some pantry staples are supplied. The buffet has plenty of room for your own items.
There is a portable outside table and seating for your use.
The bedroom features a double bed with quality bed linen. Louvre windows allow the breezes in and plantation shutters keep the light out. There is a wardrobe for storage. The room also has reverse cycle air conditioning. An iron and ironing board are included.
The lounge has a three-seater leather sofa. There is a UHD 4K LG TV with access to streaming services. A Bose soundbar provides great sound. Free guest WIFI is available.
The well-lit bathroom features a high flow shower head as well as a handheld shower. There is a vanity with sink and mirror. The bathroom has towels, hair dryer, heated towel rail, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.
Guest access
The space is a ground-floor three-room studio at the front of our residence, with undercover parking just near your private entrance. There is only a single step to access the studio.
The self-contained Studio is self-check in with a key lock box.
The driveway is quite steep and long. It is a shared access to three other properties. The general rule is that cars going up have the right of way.
Access to and from the studio via the driveway is easy. Photos of the driveway are included in the listing.
Other things to note
We are a sailing family so we would love fellow sailors to come and stay! Lots of regattas are run on Pittwater.
