The space
You will have your own private room and bathroom ensuite. You can also use the laundry (also located in front to your room) when needed. You will have a lock on the door in your room, and the building and the area are very safe.

The bathroom/toilet is right next to your room, a fully private ensuite, but also has another door that connects it to the rest of the apartment, allowing you to go directly to your bathroom from the laundry, etc.

In addition, there's a little balcony with a small table and chairs that will help you to enjoy the amazing view.

We don’t share the kitchen. However, there's a mini fridge in the bedroom and a kettle with cups and plates. We have tea and coffee available for our guests.

There’s free street parking right outside the building, plus a few visitor spots on the side (first-come, first-served). You might also find free parking on nearby streets; just be sure to check the signs. There’s plenty of paid parking nearby at the Broadwater Parklands, it’s just a short walk from the property.

Guest access
You have access to the outside pool and jacuzzi with ample deck chairs and seating. There is no parking inside our property; however, there's parking outside right in front of the building. We do not share the kitchen or living room, however if you need to use the microwave or need any kitchen utensils we are happy to help you.
