Peace and quiet

If a place was an exhale, this would be it. The space was created with slow & sustainable living in mind, giving you space to breathe & time to truly switch off. The Lookout sits in an open paddock, with 360 views of farmland. Take it all in from your bathtub or through huge windows that frame views stretching right over the wilds of Wildwood. Inside is a cocooning embrace; it’s the dreamiest sanctuary for two. Unfortunately our property is not set up to host newborns, infants or toddlers.

The space
This luxury loft apartment was created with slow and sustainable living in mind, giving you space to breathe and time to truly switch off. The Lookout sits in a vast, open paddock, with 360 views of farmland.

Nearby are coastal trails to be roamed and the ocean to be swam in, with long stretch of coastline to explore on day trips. Some of the world’s finest wineries, artisan producers, incredible artists, a series of mythical caves and sacred Aboriginal cultural sites. Watch the sun setting over the paddock as you toast the day with a glass of the Margaret River’s finest vino. Being away from light pollution makes stargazing a real wonder. And what will follow is the best night’s sleep you’ve had in years, wrapped in linen sheets.

YOU MAY NOT LOVE
We live on the property. No air conditioning (ceiling fans) but the south westerly does a great job. No pets or children.

Our local region is pinch yourself beautiful with something for all your senses.

• 30 minutes to Margaret River


WE PROVIDE
Freshly ground coffee, tea, oil, milk, dairy alternative.
Granola, a loaf of freshly baked bread.
Very well-equipped kitchen.
Board games, cards, bluetooth speaker.

Picnic rug, cooler bag & picnic set.

Guest access
As you come up the driveway you will see two houses, The Lookout is the second storey, clad in black. The stairs to the entrance are on the eastern side (on the left if you are looking at Wildwood Road).

Please park in the Guest Parking in front of the low rammed earth wall. It is clearly marked.

The key is located to the right of the front door in a lock box; please refer to your check in message for the code. We highly recommend keeping the key locked inside the lock box during your stay so you don’t accidentally lock yourself out or misplace the key while out and about.

Other things to note
James and Ruth live on the property, in the house that is right next door to The Lookout. The Lookout has a separate entrance and is its own space.

We do not allow any children in The Lookout and the space is limited to two people.
