This stylishly decorated beach shack just 45 minutes from Adelaide. Nestled in the peaceful streets of Sellicks Beach, Rosa blends retro charm with modern comforts—ideal for summer holidays, winter getaways, wine region adventures, or relaxed family time or a couples retreat.

Guests have full, private access to the entire home, including the backyard, outdoor entertainment area, and parking. The home is self check-in with a lockbox and easy instructions provided before arrival.

Other things to note
Firewood for the fire pit and fireplace is provided during winter months and for the first night only. Firewood can be purchased locally.

Please note: the bathroom has a shower over the bath.

The house is in a quiet residential area—please respect neighbours with no loud noise after 10pm.

We provide basic pantry items, tea, coffee, and local guides to help you explore.

Beach items are provided during Summer months.

Portable cot and highchair is available upon request.
