The open-plan living area draws everyone in — designed for groups who come to connect.
KITCHEN & DINING
A fully-equipped kitchen with quality appliances, generous bench space, and a dining table that seats 10. The kind of setup that makes self-catering feel like a breeze.
BEDROOMS
Three beautifully styled bedrooms plus a private study that converts to a fourth bedroom with a quality queen sofa bed. Each room is designed for genuine rest — quality linen, considered lighting, blackout curtains and actual quiet .
BATHROOMS
Two full bathrooms upstairs and a powder room downstairs — no queues, no compromises. Designed for a full house running on a ski-day schedule.
WI-FI
Starlink satellite Wi-Fi throughout. Fast enough to stream, video call, or work remotely from one of Victoria's most beautiful locations.
OUTDOOR DECK & FIRE-PIT
A extra-large deck with uninterrupted views of the valley . The fire pit turns an alpine evening into something worth remembering — summer or winter.
SKI DRYING ROOM
A dedicated heated drying room with a European boot dryer. Your gear is warm and ready the moment you need it — a little detail that separates a good ski trip from a great one.

PARKING **IMPORTANT**
We are able to fit 2 cars under the car port. But please note it is a steep gravel driveway.
If you have a 2WD sedan, we advise that you park on the street at the top of the driveway. 4WD and AWD are fine under the carport
