Riverside House is a light-filled private estate set across 10 secluded acres in the Southern Highlands. Designed for up to 18 guests, it blends refined country architecture with expansive living zones, fireplaces, curated interiors and elevated entertaining spaces - all just minutes from Bowral’s acclaimed food and wine scene. An exclusive retreat for milestone gatherings, retreats and unforgettable group stays in complete privacy and comfort, surrounded by rolling lawns and mature trees.

The space
Riverside is a contemporary country estate designed for gatherings and relaxation. The home offers 7 spacious bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms, a chef’s kitchen, open-plan living and dining with vaulted ceilings, a cosy fireplace, and seamless indoor–outdoor entertaining. A separate guest house provides additional privacy and flexibility, ideal for extended family or groups.

Outside, a 16 x 8 m alfresco patio flows onto the lawn, with a fire pit, hot tub and lounge seating. For events, a 12 x 6 m marquee can be easily installed on the deck, creating a beautiful setting for long lunches, celebrations and intimate weddings. Perfect for family escapes, weddings and retreats.

*We have large foam bed dividers and additional mattresses available upon request.

Guest access
Guests have exclusive access to the entire Riverside home and attached Wing, alfresco areas, spa, games rooms and surrounding lawns, with river access. There is on-site parking for multiple cars.

This light-filled house with expansive windows, soft neutral finishes and manicured lawns makes a beautiful backdrop for wedding photos and getting-ready moments.

Riverside House is designed for private, considered stays.
Events, gatherings or additional guests beyond your booking must be approved in writing prior to arrival. Unauthorised use of the property for events is not permitted.

Pets are not permitted unless approved in advance. Approved stays may be subject to a pet fee and additional conditions.

For photoshoots, retreats or curated gatherings, we’re always happy to discuss what you have in mind.

The property features natural water elements including a dam and river. While these areas are fenced, we kindly ask that children are supervised at all times when outdoors.

We work closely with a selection of trusted local partners and would be pleased to arrange additional experiences to enhance your stay.
