The Riverside House is a contemporary country estate in the Southern Highlands, designed for families, friends and small groups who want to gather properly. Guests enjoy exclusive use of the home and grounds for the duration of their stay.
The Home
Seven bedrooms and five and a half bathrooms across the main residence and a separate guest house. The guest house offers privacy and flexibility, which works well for extended family, a bridal party or anyone wanting a little distance from the main house.
The main living space is open plan, with a chef's kitchen, dining and lounge areas beneath vaulted ceilings, a cosy fireplace and ducted heating and cooling throughout. Doors open onto the alfresco area so the indoor and outdoor spaces run together.
Outdoors
A 16 x 8 metre alfresco patio flows onto the lawn, with a fire pit, hot tub, four person sauna and lounge seating overlooking the surrounding farmland. For events, a 12 x 6 metre marquee can be installed on the deck, creating a lovely setting for long lunches, celebrations and intimate weddings. Larger marquee and tipi options are available on the lawns through our hire partners.

Guest access
Guests have exclusive access to the entire Riverside home and attached Cottage (Guest House). Guest's have private use of the alfresco areas, sauna, spa, games rooms, darts board, ping-pong area and surrounding lawns.
This light-filled house with expansive windows, soft neutral finishes and manicured lawns makes a beautiful backdrop for wedding photos and getting-ready moments.

Events, gatherings or additional guests beyond your booking must be approved in writing prior to arrival. Unauthorised use of the property for events is not permitted.
Pets are not permitted unless approved in advance. Approved stays may be subject to a pet fee and additional conditions.
For photoshoots, retreats or curated gatherings, we’re always happy to discuss what you have in mind.
The property features natural water elements including a dam and river. While these areas are fenced, we kindly ask that children are supervised at all times when outdoors.
We work closely with a selection of trusted local partners and would be pleased to arrange additional experiences to enhance your stay.
