Hello and welcome to our new waterfront home. On the banks of the Murray River, a quick 45 min drive up the freeway from the city.

Enjoy kicking back by the river, going for a swim, doing some waterskiing or taking a walk around Long Flat, Murray Bridge. Plus we're within close proximity to Monarto and The Bend

Also included is access to a private boat ramp including jetty upon request.

The space
This is a 2 storey, 7 bedroom house which contains 4 bathrooms.

Including 2 spacious living areas and large 50sqm deck with amazing views as you watch the sunset over Murray Bridge.

Note the house is on MAINS water, so safe to drink.

Guest access
Renters are provided with private access to the whole home during their stay, other than a few locked cupboards and flexibility is able to be negotiated around check-in and out.

Other things to note
The home has a large back area which has recently begun landscaping. Theres still a little to do, but its looking great, providing lots of parking and easy access from the road.

The front of the house, facing the river, is the crown jewel with stunning views and DIRECT water access across a large grassed area perfect for playing around on.

As a brand new home, it is continuing to evolve and photos may not always represent all the new additions being included all the time.
