Cozy all year with air conditioning, a wood fire and a full-sized kitchen which makes catering a breeze.

Explore our beautiful Region where wilderness meets wineries or stay home with board games and books, a smart TV and Wi-Fi.

Embrace country living.

The space
With the backdrop of Tongbong Mountain (pronounced Tung-bung) and the surrounding hills, paddocks with scattered dams and grand eucalyptus trees, you'll be immersed in nature and country life.

A working farm, Ravenswood has been in the Hamilton family for 4 generations. We graze sheep and cattle on our 3,000 acres so you may see us with our working kelpies, moving stock or on the motorbikes or tractor.

We also encourage you to explore our beautiful region and enjoy all it has to offer.

Guest access
The garden and farmhouse is for your exclusive use so please relax and enjoy. There are some lovely walks around the property suitable to all levels of fitness, so let us know if you want tips on where to go. Yoga mats, picnic blankets, baskets and thermoses are also provided.
Being a working farm, we ask you not to enter farm sheds as they may pose safety risks. The cottage and homestead are private residences and not open to visitors.

Other things to note
Ravenswood Farmhouse is fully equipped for self catering. Pantry essentials including tea, coffee, sugar, olive oil, vinegar, salt and pepper are provided. You will also find milk, home made jam, butter and locally baked bread for breakfast.

If you want to truly switch off we can organize cheese and antipasto platters, local fresh meat trays, picnic fare or a ready to serve meal for your arrival or during your stay. Please contact us at least 48 hours before arrival to order.

Rylstone, a 7 minute drive from the Farmhouse has some great places to eat as does Mudgee, a 35 minute drive away.

Wood for the indoor fire and outdoor firepit is provided during winter (April - September).

We are very happy to accommodate an early check-in or late check-out subject to availability. Please ask us about this prior to arrival.
