You will enjoy the exclusive use of the entire place, accessible through a private entrance that ensures your area remains undisturbed and solely yours. You will have access to a double garage.
Please be aware that there may occasionally be other guests residing on a lower level of the property, which is completely separate from the level. We want to assure you that all guests are expected to respect the quiet hours to ensure a peaceful and enjoyable stay.

* If you are considering using the premise for commercial use, please contact beforehand. There will be additional charges involved.
* Please wear slippers inside the place.
* Due to the nature of the listing, you may occasionally hear ambient sounds from the surrounding area, including ocean waves, nearby dogs, and some noise from the other floor of the house. We provide earplugs and slippers upon request to help make your stay more comfortable and minimise any noise disturbances. However, if you are particularly sensitive to sound, we kindly recommend considering alternative accommodations.

Pudding's Home has a very simple pantry for your use during your stay, including instant coffee, tea, sugar, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper. We also provide a capsule coffee machine for use with your own choice of specialty coffee.
We recommend to stop by a local supermarket before your stay to pick up your choice of milk, specialty coffee, and any personal dietary requirements.
Due to the high occupancy rate of this property, supplies may deplete quickly, and the cleaner may not always have sufficient time to restock between stays. If any of the above items are missing or run out, please don’t hesitate to contact Luke. He will promptly order the necessary items and have them delivered directly to your door via Amazon, typically within 48 hours or sooner.
— Quiet Hours —
For the comfort of our neighbours and guests on the other floor, quiet hours are 10:00 PM–8:00 AM. Please keep all noise to a minimum. You may use the bathroom, but no heavy footsteps, loud conversations, washing machine use, or music after 10:00 PM.
— Early Check-ins & Late Check-outs —
Our standard check-in time is 3:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM.
As much as we’d love to accommodate every request, our property often has back-to-back bookings. This means our cleaners need the full window to thoroughly clean and prepare the space to meet our hygiene and cleanliness standards for every guest.
For this reason, early check-ins and late check-outs incur a fee of $100 per request and are subject to availability. We kindly ask you to consider this before making a request.

Every corner of this house has been shaped with care and creativity; we spent countless evenings after work renovating it together, pouring our hearts into every detail.
I personally chose the marble tiles in the bathroom—they’re something we both adore. While our kitchen might not be Michelin-starred, it’s equipped with everything you need to prepare simple, beautiful meals for up to four people. The space is cozy, inviting, and filled with modern appliances to make your stay comfortable.
This house is more than just a property; it’s part of who we are. We know every detail, every story, and every memory within its walls. While life and work eventually led us to relocate, this home will always remain a part of us.
It was in this house that the idea for "Pudding’s Home" holiday rental business was born and began to grow. It will always be our home, and we hope it feels like home for every guest who visits.
