The space

The way building is set-up is north and west facing, you will get sun coming through the whole time in winter and be able to watch the sunset.
On the 7th of February, there is annual fireworks in Frankston Pier, you can watch the fireworks from the balcony!! Don’t miss the opportunity.

You will have exclusive access to the entire floor of the house, which features a private entrance and is completely separate from the other level. This ensures your space remains undisturbed and entirely yours throughout your stay.
Please note that there may occasionally be other guests staying on a different level of the property. While we kindly ask all guests to respect quiet hours, some noise may be present during your stay. The other floor is entirely separate, secured by a deadlocked door, and will not be accessible, ensuring your complete privacy.
However, should you require any assistance or have any questions, the host is happy to provide support, ensuring your stay is as enjoyable and seamless as possible.

* Strictly no pets, if you bring your pets without permission, we will have to ask you to leave without refund.
* If you are considering using the premise for commercial use, please contact beforehand. There will be additional charges involved.
* We want to be transparent about the nature of our listing — there may be some noise from the other level and the ocean waves, especially during bad weather. If you are particularly sensitive to sound, we kindly recommend considering alternative accommodations.
* Please wear slippers inside the place.

Please note that the property features a Smart TV with access to various online streaming applications (e.g., Netflix, YouTube). However, it is not connected to free-to-air television channels.
— Simple Pantry —
Pudding's Home has a very simple pantry for your use during your stay, including instant coffee, tea, sugar, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper. We also provide a capsule coffee machine for use with your own choice of specialty coffee.
We recommend to stop by a local supermarket before your stay to pick up your choice of milk, specialty coffee, and any personal dietary requirements.
Due to the high occupancy rate of this property, supplies may deplete quickly, and the cleaner may not always have sufficient time to restock between stays. If any of the above items are missing or run out, please don’t hesitate to contact Luke. He will promptly order the necessary items and have them delivered directly to your door via Amazon, typically within 48 hours or sooner.
— Early Check-ins & Late Check-outs —
Our standard check-in time is 3:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM.
As much as we’d love to accommodate every request, our property often has back-to-back bookings. This means our cleaners need the full window to thoroughly clean and prepare the space to meet our hygiene and cleanliness standards for every guest.
For this reason, early check-ins and late check-outs incur a fee of $100 per request and are subject to availability. We kindly ask you to consider this before making a request.
