This beautiful 4 bedroom 2 bathroom home has a very spacious open plan kitchen, dining and living area that overlooks the pool area.

On sunset the views are stunning. It is a real getaway and retreat style home not far from the city centre. The home is on a spacious block with trees and nature in abundance. There are many activities within a 20 minute stroll including the picturesque village of Port Noarlunga.

The space
The kitchen is well appointed, the lounge is spacious as is the dining area and all have lovely scenic views. The bedrooms are minimalistic and modern with views from every bedroom except for the 4th bedroom which also makes for a second living area.

There are two bathrooms that are also modern and well appointed.

From the street level you go down steps to access this property and the owner lives in the level above this property.

Rooms not booked will be locked.

Guest access
Guests have access to the whole downstairs area, pool area and patio with a 6 person outdoor setting and a little lawn area. Guests will need to navigate an external set of stairs to the RHS of the Secret Gem.

Other things to note
The owner lives in the upstairs level of this home, in a separate house.
There are steep steps leading down to the entrance of this property
The pool will be checked for chlorine levels every 2 to 3 days for your safety.

Please note there currently is no laundry in this house but handwashing can be done in the bathroom and there is a clothes horse for drying.
