Bedroom:
The cosy bedroom features a plush queen-sized bed, complemented by a selection of pillows and bed covers to suit your preferences.
Loft:
Upstairs in the living area, the loft bedroom offers a queen-sized bed and a single ensemble. These beds are available upon request. Please message us to book for additional guests.
Bathroom:
The spacious ensuite bathroom offers a relaxing shower, a toilet, and all necessary amenities. Towels and toiletries are supplied for your convenience.
Living & Dining Area:
Step into the open-plan living space, filled with natural light from high ceilings and large windows. It’s designed for relaxation, featuring comfortable seating, a large TV with streaming channels, and a selection of board games. The large island bench provides a perfect spot for shared meals or quiet evenings.
Kitchen:
The fully equipped kitchen includes a gas stove, electric oven, microwave, fridge, and all cookware and utensils needed for self-catering. Enjoy your morning coffee with the coffee pod machine, milk frother, electric kettle, and a variety of teas. Fresh bread, milk, butter, and eggs are usually included to start your day right. A filtered water tap adds to the convenience.
Outdoor Courtyard:
Step outside to your private outdoor courtyard, exclusive to your stay. It features tables and chairs, ideal for alfresco dining or relaxing in the fresh air.
Climate & Connectivity:
High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout. For year-round comfort, the guesthouse is equipped with two reverse-cycle air conditioners and ceiling fans, ensuring a cosy atmosphere in winter and cool comfort in summer.
Location:
Just a 10-minute leisurely walk to the town center, you’ll find charming cafes, boutiques, op-shops, galleries, museums, and a variety of restaurants, all easily accessible.
Pets:
Pets are allowed upon request at an extra fee of $25 per booking.
No pets on the beds or lounge please. All pet litter to be collected by guests.

The guesthouse and outdoor courtyard are exclusively for your use.
You’ll find convenient driveway access for unloading, and your vehicle can be parked off-street on the verge in front of the main house.
Bellingen centre, with its vibrant café and music culture, is just a 2-minute drive or a 10-minute walk away. The nearby Bellinger River offers opportunities for swimming and kayaking. Further afield, you can explore beautiful national parks in Dorrigo, swimming holes in the Promised Land, and stunning beaches in Urunga and Coffs Harbour.
Transport links are readily available, with train services in Urunga and Coffs Harbour, as well as air travel from Coffs Harbour.
Closest EVX charger is on William Street - 3 blocks from your stay.
Other things to note
Every booking includes one queen-size bed. Please request the loft bedroom for extra guests at a fee of $100.
We have lovely neighbours and we ask guests to be respectful of them and refrain from parties or disturbing the peace.
We understand accidents happen and ask guests to disclose any damages or breakages. Guests are welcome to replace like for like, or pay for replacement.
While NBN to the curb is provided to the property and it is usually very fast, we are unable to guarantee its reliability as Bellingen experiences connection difficulties at times.
Pets are allowed upon request $25
