The space
Highgrove Dairy is a large historic building over 100 years old that has been lovingly renovated to a modern 5 star standard while retaining its rustic charm and heritage.
The Dairy has a large north facing timber deck to catch the warm winter sun in the mornings. Enjoy your complimentary fresh brewed Vittoria coffee while gazing over the rolling green hills to the waterfall and cattle munching on the lush green pastures.
A designer outdoor dinning and lounge setting are provided on the covered alfresco deck along with a heavy duty outdoor gas heater and modern BBQ for grilling so you can enjoy the perfect sunsets on display in the evenings.
The lounge room flows to the deck via large glass sliding doors that can be fully opened to take in the views and surroundings. Includes a sumptuous leather lounge suite, large coffee table and smart TV with access to Netflix etc High speed WiFi internet access is provided through out the property free of charge (80mbps).
New climate controlled reverse cycle air conditioning units (2) have been installed in the lounge and bedroom for superb comfort regardless of external weather conditions.
The bedroom has a new queen bed with memory foam mattress, 1000TC Egyptian cotton sheets, a reverse cycle climate controlled aircon unit and 4 draw dresser for your clothes.
The bathroom is newly renovated with an oversized mineral spring fed rain shower and water flush toilet system.
The kitchen includes a new dishwasher, gas cooktop, oven, microwave and medium sized fridge. All new cooking pots, pans, cutlery, glasses, mugs, salt, pepper, fresh milk, cereal selection, ice, water jugs, coffee machine and pods (Vittoria) provided for our guests. A country dinning table with 2 chairs is situated in the kitchen space.
The dairy is situated on a 180 acre private estate, with 5 permanent creeks and 3 waterfalls that flow spectacularly after heavy rains. Due to the high rainfall in the region, the property is lush and green all year round. Undulating hills provide spectacular views over the Nightcap ranges to Nimbin Rocks with regular morning mist rolling back as the sun rises often producing spectacular double rainbows.
The property also has a large viewing deck with incredible views over to the iconic Nimbin Rocks and Nightcap Ranges. Perfect for a romantic sunset experience with a glass of wine or champagne as the sun sets over the beautiful Nimbin Valley. Available for the exclusive use of Highgrove guests.
Amazing tracks for mountain bike enthusiasts. Drones can be flown with permission on the property. Local tourist information on Nimbin and surrounding national parks provided (shopping, swimming holes, waterfalls etc).
Located a short 5 minute drive from Nimbin village on excellent roads and just over an hours scenic drive to Byron Bay and the Gold Coast (Coolangatta airport). Surrounded by beautiful Waterfalls and spectacular World Heritage National Parks.

Guest access
Access to the Dairy is via a private gated driveway. Access to remainder of the property is subject to cattle location and work being completed. Guests should wear long pants and solid foot wear if exploring the property and avoid any direct contact with cattle unless they are behind a secure fence and gate. Cattle can be protective of young calves and concerned if approached by people they do not recognise.

Property is located at end of a quiet tree lined lane that opens up to a sun filled valley with 5 waterways and a large waterfall which flows pristine spring water from Mount Nardi.
Electric front gate with deadlock ensures complete security and privacy. Guests have access to remote fob to open and close gate 24x7.
Extremely private 100m from main homestead. Parking is available under cover to protect your vehicle from inclement weather.
