Relax and unwind in our modern, recently built dwelling nestled amongst 7 acres of native south coast bushland on the Point Henry peninsula. The secluded location offers panoramic ocean views across Bremer Bay to the Fitzgerald River National Park and Barrens' Ranges.
Only a short drive from town and less than 5 minutes to Short Beach and Fisherys' Boat Harbour with many more only minutes away, Newbey Haven is the perfect place to base yourself during your stay, whatever your motivation may be.
The space
Facing north and sheltered from southerly winds, the house boasts an open plan living area with bi-fold doors that open up to allow the house and spacious deck to become one or keep them closed, turn on the electric fire and indulge in a glass of red.
A modern, well equipped kitchen includes a drip coffee machine with timer allowing you to wake to a freshly brewed coffee to watch the sunrise over the ocean from the deck.
2 x Queen rooms, both boasting views and opening onto a shared deck, with the Master bedroom having it's own ensuite and air conditioning. The 2nd bathroom is shared between the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms. Air conditioning in the living area also ensures your comfort.
The third bedroom is fitted with a bunk bed, though please note, this room is suited best to children.
Guest access
Guests have access to the entire house and property.
We ask that guests do not go near the sea container and caravan on the west side of the property.
Other things to note
Location: Bremer bay is situated 60km off the south coast highway and is relatively remote. There is a general store in town that provides essentials and some fruit & veg meat etc but this comes at a premium due to our remote area. We like to advise guests to bring some food, drink and essentials with them as there is plenty of fridge and freezer space at the property.
Rainwater:
We rely on rainwater and ask that guests be conscious of water use.
Only Optus and Telstra phone networks are available in the town and at the premises. No other providers will have signal.
