The open-plan living area is light-filled and welcoming, with comfortable seating and a wood-burning fireplace that creates a cosy atmosphere in the cooler months. Large doors connect seamlessly to the outdoor entertaining space, making indoor–outdoor living effortless. The dining area comfortably seats 8 guests for shared meals and relaxed evenings together.
Kitchen
The spacious kitchen is a true centrepiece of the home. Featuring ample bench space, quality appliances, and a large island, it’s perfect for preparing family meals or entertaining. Its open layout allows you to cook while still being part of the conversation.
Bedrooms
The bedrooms are designed as calming retreats, styled with soft linens and warm, natural textures to ensure a restful stay.
Bathrooms
There are two beautifully finished bathrooms with neutral tones and quality fixtures, offering both functionality and a relaxing, spa-like feel.

Guest access
Guests will have exclusive access to the entire home and outdoor areas for the duration of their stay.

You’ll enjoy complete privacy throughout your stay. Self check-in details will be provided prior to arrival for a smooth and convenient experience.
Please note: the studio above garage, any locked cupboards or storage areas are reserved for owner use and not available to guests at this time.
Other things to note
Pool & Sauna
The mineral pool and sauna are for guest enjoyment; however, children must be supervised at all times around the pool area. Please follow all safety guidelines provided in the house manual. Use of the sauna is at guests’ own risk and children are not permitted to use the sauna.
The host accepts no liability for accidents resulting from misuse or lack of supervision.
Fireplace
The wood-burning fireplace is available during cooler months. Please only use the firewood provided and ensure the fire is fully extinguished before leaving the property or going to bed. Detailed instructions are provided in the house manual. Use of the wood-burning fireplace is at guests own risk. Children are to be supervised around the fireplace at all times.
Guests are responsible for any damage resulting from improper use.
Respect for Neighbours
This home is located in a peaceful residential neighbourhood. We kindly ask guests to keep noise to a minimum, especially between 10pm and 7am. Parties and events are not permitted.
No Smoking
Smoking is not permitted inside the home.
Care of the Property
We’ve thoughtfully styled and maintained this home to create a beautiful experience for guests. We ask that furnishings and décor remain in place and that the home is treated with care during your stay.
Any damage, missing items, excessive cleaning requirements, or misuse of amenities may incur additional charges.
