Welcome to Mangrove Manor, a relaxed beachfront holiday home in the heart of Turkey Beach. Enjoy ocean views from the front yard, cast a line, swim in the dedicated enclosure, or unwind on one of two patios. Perfect for a peaceful coastal getaway, fishing retreat, or family-friendly beach escape. Sit back, read, laugh, and enjoy sunset drinks by the water.

Spacious, air conditioned, superb beachfront and water views, perfect peace and quiet. Perfect for 2 people on a cheeky, romantic getaway or family / friends looking to spend a special time together. If you are staying for work, enjoy this little escape which is also suited for the business traveller. You will get in that early morning swim before work! Have you heard of earthing? Leave your footwear behind and sink your feet into the sandy beaches around Rodd's Bay or when you are digging for yabbies. Your body will thankyou.

* Turkey Beach has a great little general store which has all of your basic amenities. Please support the locals if you can however if staying for a longer period and you require anything our lovely General Store can't supply, Coles (Tannum Sands) delivers to Turkey Beach, just place your order online.

* Enjoy BBQ's in the park overlooking Rodds Bay. There is a great council playground that is located near the boat ramp.

* Beachfront swimming enclosure near the boatramp, take a dip at high tide!

* Or if a drive takes your fancy, head to Agnes Water / 1770 and take a Larc Tour, well worth the day trip.

Classy accommodation on the Turkey Beach-front with a definite seaside, casual vibe.

We provide a roomy bait freezer (located in the carport) for your bait and catch. We just ask you give it a good clean when you leave so its fresh for our next guests.

We also recommend throwing in some insect repellent as the sandflies do come to visit from time to time in the early mornings and late afternoons although if there is a nice breeze, they generally stay away. Our favourite is 'Good Riddance' which has none of the nasties included and they also have a terrific 'Rescue Balm' for those sneaky bites. You can purchase this online through the Good Riddance website.
