Our recently listed resort Studio, across from the beautiful Kirra Beach on the Gold Coast, is the perfect choice for business or solo travellers! Experience a modern & comfortable Studio stay with hinterland views which is close to restaurants, cafes & the airport. Complete with resort style amenities including 20m heated pool, BBQ area and gym, you can drop your bags in the room & begin unwinding the moment you arrive!
The space
Our Studio stay at the Iconic Kirra Resort is located on level 8 & has a comfortable king-sized bed & bathroom. A kitchenette is provided with a microwave, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, glasses, dishware, basic cutlery & 75L bar fridge. A quaint dining table for two, outdoor seating, LED TV, free WiFi and walk-in robe make this space a truly enjoyable option for a business trip, solo holiday or brief beach getaway.
Those wishing to relax and eat out, there are a host of fabulous restaurants & coffee shops located at the base of the building and the surrounding area.
Free Wifi is included with the ability to cast to the smart TV.
Separate laundry with washing machine, dryer & iron with ironing board is shared with the adjoining Apartment.
In addition to high quality linen & bedding, we have also provided some special touches to make the most of your beachside stay, including a courtesy beach umbrella, cooler bag, picnic rug & beach bag!
Secure building access and a short walk to the new Kirra Beach Hotel and Coolangatta shops complete the picture for this coastal getaway.

Access to the building is via a Swipe Card provided by the host and a unique door pin-code for your stay.
Unfortunately, there is NO onsite parking available for the Studio stay. On street parking is available surrounding property, however it is your responsibility to check parking limits & signs when parking on the street.
Our property is located directly opposite Kirra beach (patrolled) with beautiful views looking West from the room and outdoor balcony to the Gold Coast Hinterland.
It's a short 1-minute walk to the new Kirra Beach Hotel and merely a 10-minute coastal walk to Coolangatta for shopping.
A laundry area is provided with washing machine, dryer & ironing board. This is shared with the adjoining Apartment letting.
The Gold Coast Airport is 5 minutes by car/taxi/Uber.

Since the early 1900s, Kirra has been a popular beach holiday destination, celebrated for its pristine stretch of sand and sparkling water. It's the spiritual home of surfing on the Gold Coast and board riders will happily spend countless hours in water.
This southern suburb has a laid back energy - cruising would be the best way to describe it. It's a more mellow beachside scene where sun-soaked cafes overlook the coastline and push bikes practically outnumber cars. The café scene is thriving, so a stroll along the shore and with a stop for coffee and breakfast is a great way to start the day. Nearby shops, restaurants, Surf Lifesaving clubs and the Gold Coast Airport are easily accessible by bus, bike or on foot via scenic beachfront walkways.
Holiday apartments and high-rise hotels are popular accommodations around here, but you'll still find plenty of original weatherboard shacks scattered throughout the suburb. Head up to Kirra Hill for an epic sunrise or sunset - in the right season, you'll see whales splashing out to sea. It's also an excellent spot for a surf check of the southern beaches. Spend the afternoon on the deck of one of the local surf clubs and support the surf lifesavers who've been keeping swimmers safe in these waters for over 100 years.
