Welcome to Loftia cottage.

Built in the 1940's as a workers cottage, Loftia Cottage has been lovingly restored to provide tranquil holiday accommodation, surrounded by heritage protected bushland and abundant wildlife - perfect for birders and bushwalkers.

The space
The cottage contains two bedrooms, one bathroom with separate toilet, spacious eat-in kitchen, two living areas and laundry. Ducted air conditioning to keep you comfortable all year and for the cooler months an open fireplace in the living room, combustion heater plus firepit outside.

The living room features a chaise lounge and beanbag as well as a smart tv so you can binge your favourite tv shows. The second living area is perfect for curling up for a book on the day bed – or a third child’s bedroom (porta cot and highchair available on request)

Each of the bedrooms have bushland views, queen beds with feather pillows and woollen quilts and hanging racks for your clothes. Black-out blinds ensure holiday sleep-ins can be achieved.

Surrounded by stunning bushland and vineyards, the sunsets are like nothing you’ve ever seen – yet you have all the amenities of Stirling and Aldgate villages five minutes away. Enjoy the seclusion, yet something for everyone right outside your door step from wildlife, endless walking trails directly across the road at the Mark Oliphant Conservation Park or follow the guided trail directly down the hill to enjoy a glass of award-winning wine from Deviation Road.
