For guests, I always share high design art in heritage spaces
I'm an international business speaker, author and consultant. I travel a lot so I know the value of a comfortable stay and local knowledge. I've lived in Subiaco for 30 years so I know all the secret spots the locals love. Everything from coffee at Boucla, a drink at Juanita's or a picnic in Kings Park are all just two minutes walk away. I love meeting people and my personal library is very extensive. I love renovating old houses and have a passion for conserving Perth's heritage.
I have two properties available - the main house called "Fairview" and an architect designed outhouse conversion known as "The Stallion Box". You can follow both on Instagram @FairviewofSubiaco and @stallionbox.
Book these together or separately depending on the size of your group.
“I won’t promise you spick and span and sparkly,” says Thomas of the distinctive stay.
“What I will promise you is an experience like no other—to recharge and revitalize your soul in an authentic 110-year old historic gentleman's mansion and heritage outhouse conversion!"
“Today’s luxury travelers crave places with a personality that embraces their surroundings or tells a story and both "Fairview" and "The Stallion Box" do this with both style and history,” says Thomas.
“If your taste in gardens, antiques and art is highly sophisticated, the unique design elements of "Fairview" and "The Stallion Box" will captivate and charm you when it comes to fusing comfort, space, and sense of place with a big dose of character," concludes Thomas.
