You will also have access to the complex pool and BBQ on Level 2. Please note that the pool and BBQ availability is out of our control as these are shared facilities and managed by Strata.

Other things to note
For last-minute bookings, we may not be able to accommodate your preference of King or Twin Share in the second bedroom. Please enquire before booking if you have a particular requirement.

This is a residential apartment, please respect the friendly neighbours by keeping noise to a minimum and adhere to the rules in the barbecue and pool area.

Smoking, parties and pets are strictly prohibited. This is for the comfort of future guests and neighbours.

There are cameras around the building in the common areas but none inside the apartment.

Cleaning service is included upon your departure. Mid-stay cleaning is optional at an extra fee and subject to availability. Please enquire if you would like a mid-stay clean.
