Spacious 4-bed country house with wood-fired hot tub and lovely grounds and walks.

Three large living areas, three double bedrooms, home office and four bathrooms — plenty of room to spread out. Wake to sunrise over open countryside and unwind in the hot tub under the stars.

Edinburgh city centre is 20 min by car, Glasgow 45 min. Major shops and transport links are minutes away, yet you'd never know it from the peaceful, green surroundings. Just 5 min from Edinburgh Airport and the M8/M9.

The space
A beautiful and bright large and open plan living area, has a modern kitchen and large entertaining space, with views out on to green fields. It has a walk in pantry, as well as a kids play room off to the side.

3rd bedroom for kids, with twin single beds, toys, beanbags. Also has walk in robe and private bathroom.

Wood fired hot tub outside to enjoy a dip. This requires 2-3 hours to warm up, and you need to get the fire started, and monitor every 20-30 minutes with a new log.

Guest access
There will be 3 open double bedrooms, a playroom, a large kitchen / living space, a TV / lounge room, and a laundry space for guests. There are also 3 ensuite bathrooms, and a toilet.

A small office room will be closed off.

Access to the front and back gardens. Back garden is private, and includes a hot tub. Front garden is sometimes accessed by others.
