Two lounge areas with TV's.
One bath in upstairs ensuite.
Guest access
Guests can utilise the entire house. The garage is not for guests use, however there is ample parking for vehicles/boats. The shed is used by the owners of the house and they may need access to it during stays. This will be communicated with guests if required and disruption will be minimal.
