📌 House Rules: No smoking/vaping/e-cigarettes. No parties/events. No pets. No commercial photography/filming. Unauthorized guests/visitors are not allowed at any time. Please observe quiet hours from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. and be considerate of neighbors. Please keep the space clean and use appliances safely. Management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who violates these policies.
