The space

Ideally suited for 4-5 guests, this apartment features two well-appointed bedrooms, each furnished with comfortable Queen and Double beds, and quality linens to ensure a restful night’s sleep. The apartment also includes a third bedroom, which doubles as a study. It’s been recently enclosed by sliding doors making it ideal for children or an additional guest.
The standard bed setup includes a single bed in the smallest bedroom; however, we have an additional pull-out single bed available for an extra fee. This is perfect for kids or anyone needing an extra spot to sleep, ensuring everyone has their own space to unwind. It is not strictly a floor bed, but it is slightly lower to the ground than a standard single bed, and the single that sits above it is slightly higher..
For added convenience, the apartment has two full bathrooms. The master bedroom comes with its own ensuite bathroom for privacy, while the main bathroom features a shower over a bathtub, providing space for everyone to freshen up and unwind.
As you settle in, you’ll be greeted by beautiful parkland views from the apartment’s living and main bedroom windows, making it feel more like a quiet retreat than a bustling city spot. There’s also a private balcony, a perfect spot to sip your morning coffee or enjoy a cup of tea while taking in the peaceful views of the park.
The open-plan living and dining area invites you to gather with loved ones, whether you're enjoying a home-cooked meal from the fully equipped kitchen, settling down for a movie on the Smart TV, or simply sharing a glass of wine and a laugh.
Feeling active? We’ve got you covered. Grab the tennis racquets and ball and head outside to the private communal tennis court for a friendly match. Or fire up the BBQ and relax in the communal outdoor area, soaking in the city vibes with a side of grilled goodness.
Guest access
During your stay, you’ll have exclusive access to the apartment and an underground car park. The building is easily accessible with a lift, taking you from the car park straight up to your apartment for a hassle-free experience.
Check-in is made simple with a self check-in process via coded lock box.
There is private communal tennis courts and BBQ area in the middle of the apartment block. During your stay, you're welcome to use the tennis courts whenever they're available. However, please note that resident bookings take precedence over walk-ins. Please note the BBQ's are coin operated for a couple of dollars per 25 mins only.
Other things to note
For a secure and seamless stay, all guests are required to complete a short verification process after booking. In addition to your Airbnb profile verification, we kindly ask guests to:

✔ Upload a matching selfie
✔ Confirm contact details
✔ Sign a brief rental agreement agreeing to the terms of your stay
