Forest Trails Retreat is home to Forest Trails HOUSE, (sleeps 8) & Forest Trails TINY, a charming tiny house for 4. You are welcome to hire both for larger groups seeking a shared experience with space to spread out.
The space
Forest Trails House is a modern, well appointed farmhouse style dwelling set on 4 acres of native forest and open countryside, backing onto the state forest and literally across the road from Dwellingup Mountain Bike Trails (BFG).
The property is only 80 minutes from Perth and only 1.5 from the town of Dwellingup. It is also just a 12 minute drive to Lane Poole Reserve where you can have a refreshing swim or paddle at Baden Powell (you are most welcome to use our one and two person kayaks).
It's a gorgeous home in a beautiful location with a wonderful outlook, ready to be enjoyed.
The fully equipped kitchen is spacious and includes a full stove/oven, large fridge/freezer and a Nespresso pod coffee machine.
Adjacent to the kitchen is large dining room table, a large reverse cycle air conditioner and fireplace.
The lounge room has a comfy couch, books and games and a smart TV - note you'll have to log in with your own account details and there is no free to air access.
The bedrooms are generous, but cosy with lots of room to spread out your things!

The wraparound verandah has numerous places to sit and relax as well as a family sized bbq.
WiFi access is available via a password found in the guest book and internet speed is suitable for TV streaming and phone/tablet use.
Telstra (and associated) network connections are excellent thanks to a GO Repeater, however mobile phone reception for other networks is variable.
There is an outdoor fire pit with seating; please note that fires are only allowed during certain times of the year so please check local restrictions.
There are two small seasonal dams and a creek that are unfenced, so please be aware of that with small children.
Whether you like reading in the sun, playing ball games, enjoying a BBQ, or exploring scenic bush, Forest Trails Retreat offers something for everyone.

Guest access
Guests are welcome to wander the property, use the trail behind the house to walk, jog or bike their ride on the path.
Enjoy sitting on the wraparound verandah, outside by the fire on those chilly nights, or play games inside on the dining table!
The town is a short walk/ride or drive and has a pub, coffee shops an art gallery and other interesting places to explore.
