Blending a modern farmhouse aesthetic with soft coastal charm, this loft hideaway offers refined comfort and breathtaking surrounds, all just moments from cellar doors, restaurants, and resort amenities.
Enjoy your own private space with Juliette balcony, cozy interiors, a romantic fireplace, and a complimentary mini-bar, all while having full access to the resorts pool, spa, gym, tennis courts, and more.
Whether you're celebrating something special or simply craving a peaceful break, The Barn promises serenity, style, and all the luxuries of the Hunter Valley.
Please Note:
The mini-bar offers a mini-fridge, microwave for reheating takeaway meals, a toaster, kettle, and coffee machine. While there are no cooking or washing up facilities - it's perfect for making tea, toast and coffee.
Parking is available on the street directly outside the property.
Travelling with a larger group? Farmhouse Hunter Valley offers exclusive access to both The Barn and The Homestead, combining to create a stunning five-bedroom estate that accommodates up to 10 guests.
Perfect for weddings, family gatherings, or group getaways, the full property includes two self-contained dwellings, multiple living areas, landscaped gardens, and a heated outdoor pool (September–March).
