It has been meticulously renovated over five years to a high standard to create spaces which are memorable and a joy to share moments with loved ones in.

Perth's top cafes, bars and restaurants are located just 50 meters walk away on what locals call "The Paris End" of stylish must-see Rokeby Road in Subiaco.
Historic "Fairview" is named after a farm at Carrickalinga, a small coastal town about 60 km south of Adelaide on the Fleurieu Peninsula overlooking the stunning Gulf of St Vincent. This is where the home's second owner, John William Levi Pointon came from in 1895.
He sailed to Perth on his way to the Kalgoorlie goldfields to make his fortune. Short of cash, he found temporary employment with Perth's leading Department store Boan's Limited. He found the job so rewarding he spent the next 40 years with the retailer ending up as Warehouse Manager and then a Director.
"Fairview" is a rare and well-preserved example of a late gold boom period home.
Experience the soaring ceilings, exquisite stained glass windows and outstanding craftsmanship of this unique Queen Anne Federation home renovated to an extremely high standard.
The grace and charm of a bygone era come alive.
This generously sized home filled with precious antiques, artworks and rugs makes it an ideal family retreat.
Notable artists hanging at Fairview include original works by Subiaco local Murray Gill, edgy Andy Quilty, South Australian landscape artist Mary Wigg, Mandurah-based Deborah Zibah and Norwegian talent Lene Makwana.
In the master bedroom is a collection of nudes, including a beautiful sculpture by leading Perth sculptor Robert Hitchcock.
You'll never forget the luxury en-suite bathroom with deep volcanic bath and stunning lead light windows, polished floorboards and king-sized bed.
An unexpected pleasure is sitting on the front jarrah verandah overlooking the picture-perfect rose garden. The enormous entry and charming front living room are a cherished reminder of how they used to build homes with amazing historic leadlight by Arthur Clarke.
This is a well-loved family home so it has a classic charming, homely feel full of treasured antiques, original artwork and finely crafted Persian rugs.
