A Magnificent 180 degree view of Sydney's North Harbour and Headlands. Gorgeous, fully furnished, self contained, air-conditioned, one bedroom garden apartment for up to two people. Private, quiet, extremely spacious and comfortable. Just a 5 minute stroll to the Harbour, and 15 minute walk to Manly CBD, Manly wharf, and beaches.

This lovely garden apartment is completely private with its own entrance and is light and airy.

Fairlight Gardens apartment has magnificent 180 degree views of Sydney Harbour. Recently built, freshly renovated and beautifully furnished, your stay here will certainly be one to remember. Situated in the quiet area of Fairlight, yet close to Manly and all of the amenities and attractions the area has to offer. Close to public transport and a 15 minute walk to Manly and the ferry and only 5 minutes walk to the scenic trail along the beautiful shoreline.

The apartment has an open plan living, dining and kitchen with views out over the garden and harbour. There is a full, well kitted out kitchen with oven, full size fridge and washing machine.

There's a brand new 55" smart tv, free wifi, a comfortable lounge and reverse-cycle air-conditioning.

The separate bedroom has a new comfortable queen size bed, fresh quality linen, plenty of storage space, and a new bathroom (off the bedroom).

The bathroom has a shower, basin and toilet. Quality towels and a hairdryer are provided.

There is a lovely garden area outside with comfortable lounge seating, a table and chairs, sun umbrella and a hooded gas BBQ. The garden is very private.

All linen including pillow and mattress protectors are freshly laundered. Replacement linen and towels are provided on request.

Guests can access the entire apartment and there is a garden area in front of the apartment with outdoor furniture and BBQ.

The apartment is situated on the ground floor, the hosts home is above.

Neighbourhood highlights

Fairlight is a quiet village suburb, right next to Manly and inner harbour beaches. Close but without the hustle bustle of Manly. We are not in the heart of Manly, so please be aware there will be a short drive, bus ride or 15 minute walk to Manly. You would choose this location for the peace and quiet.
It is a 10 minute walk to great restaurants, cafes and also Stockland Balgowlah Shopping Centre.
The walks are magnificent and we are 15 minute walk to Manly via the inner harbour shoreline. 8 minutes to North Harbour Reserve, 15 minutes to Forty Baskets and 30 minutes to Clontarf Reserve. The drive to the city takes about 30 minutes and 5 minutes to Manly beach. The reason we love living here is there are so many fabulous things to do which are absolutely free; beaches, dams, playing fields, snorkelling, bike rides, bush walks to name a few. There are fantastic coastal walks just a stroll away. The restaurant and night life scene is great too, without having to go too far.
