This one-bedroom condo can accommodate a maximum of 6 guests only (adults & kids).

Linens will be set up for a base occupancy of 2. Please declare the number of guests who will be staying so we can set up additional towels and bedding.

SWIMMING POOL - 6AM to 9:30PM
Free swimming for 3 guests. Excess guests both kids & adults additional fee (per person): ₱200 Day use (6AM to 5:30pm) and ₱300 Night use (5:30pm to 9:30pm) to be paid directly at Mesaverte office.

To ensure a safe and pleasant experience for all guests, please observe the following pool guidelines:

• No eating or drinking in the pool area.
• Proper swimwear is required at all times.
• After using the pool, please dry off completely before entering the elevators to maintain cleanliness and safety.
• A PHP 1,000 penalty will apply for any violation of the above rules.
Note: The Swimming Pool is closed every Monday for maintenance

Parking Information – Mesaverte Residences

Please note that parking is not included in your reservation and is subject to availability. To ensure a smooth experience, we recommend arranging parking in advance.

• Limited slots available
• Privately owned by individual unit owners, so advance reservation is required


🚗 Alternative Parking Options:
If on-site parking is full, nearby overnight pay parking is available outside the premises, particularly near Lifestyle District, just a short walk away.

Mesaverte staff will be checking a guest check-in form. We will be asking you for photo IDs of all the guests that will be staying, in advance, so we can submit a pre-check-in form to Mesaverte Admin for check-in pre-approval and a faster and smoother check-in.
