It features 4 bedrooms, 2.5 Toilets & Bath, a ground floor patio, upper balcony and fully equipped kitchen and bar. The expansive airconditioned living room and breakfast bar provide plenty of space to relax and entertain. Every detail has been carefully considered to make your stay comfortable.
Bedroom Arrangement: Comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests, with a maximum capacity of 15. Additional mattresses, blankets, and pillows are available for 3 extra guests + 1 sofa bed upon request (PLEASE CONTACT THE HOST)

Enjoy full access to the entire townhouse. A dedicated parking space is available for ONE (1) vehicle. If you have extra vehicles you may park it outside the main gate just beside the security guard house.
We have an onsite security guard within the exclusive, gated compound and staff available from 10am to 5pm.
Other things to note
Flood free area and only two minutes walk to Cagayan de Oro National Highway for easy access to buses, jeepneys, taxis and other public transport.
Moreover, the street on which the property is located has main exits on both sides: Patag road leading to uptown CDO and the National Highway leading to airport or downtown and surrounding areas. Its strategic location facilitates easy access to various parts of CDO.
It is just a short walk to N hotel. They accept walk in guests for paid swimming pool facilities use and 2 mins walk to Polymedic Medical Plaza, one of the largest and private hospital in the city.
