This house has been built with a lot of love and hard work. We kindly ask that you treat it with the same care and respect, so it can continue to be enjoyed by you and future guests.

No pets allowed. If a pet is found to be on the premises a $150/per night fee will be charged and acceptance of this booking acknowledges this.

There will be a $50-hour late key return fee charged if keys are not returned as per booking instructions.

Although we try to accommodate alteration requests, please be advised we do not allow "rescheduling" of the Check-in date by a difference of more than 14 days.
