The space
Discover this coastal sanctuary where comfort and simplicity meet. The home unfolds over three light-filled levels, each thoughtfully designed to capture sea breezes and an easy sense of living. On the main level, the living area welcomes you with soft neutral walls, plush lounges, plantation shutters, and curated coastal artwork.

The kitchen is well equipped with gas cooking, a Nespresso machine, a dishwasher, and all essentials for effortless home dining. It flows seamlessly into the dining area, where a round timber table invites relaxed, shared meals beneath gentle lighting. Step outside to the covered patio for alfresco moments — complete with a gas BBQ, ceiling fan, and a long dining table framed by tropical greenery. This inviting outdoor haven connects directly to a private gate leading to Coledale’s cafés, shops, and beach, all just a short stroll away.

Upstairs, two restful queen bedrooms are styled with plush bedding and blackout blinds for uninterrupted sleep, and a third bedroom with a double bed opens onto a private balcony where ocean glimpses shimmer beyond the rooftops—an ideal spot for morning coffee or quiet reading. Two modern bathrooms feature crisp white tiling, sleek vanities, and rainfall showers, with one also incorporating a full laundry equipped with a washer and dryer—ideal for extended stays.

A compact workspace nook sits privately between levels, ideal for remote work or quiet reflection. Central air conditioning and heating provide year-round comfort, while on-site parking for one vehicle is available in the private garage.

Please note that the driveway to the garage is shared with neighbouring townhouses, and the internal stairwell connecting each level may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility.
