Our home in Tootgarook is only a short drive to the Peninsula Hot Springs and Alba Thermal Springs (7mins), Gunnamatta surf beach (10mins), some of the best golf courses in Australia, award winning wineries, breweries and restaurants, Sorrento (15mins), Red Hill (15mins) and Point Nepean National Park (25 mins).
This is a quiet and slow paced coastal neighbourhood, so large noisy parties are not well received by the neighbours.
