Our home blends worlds: work at the Ottoman desk with fast WiFi, cook pasta in the Naples kitchen, lose yourself in a novel on the leather couch beneath Indigenous art, or soak in the bath. Morning coffee from the Florence stovetop pot, sun through Melbourne trees.

You've got free parking out back, self check-in, 10 minutes to the Yarra river, 30 minutes by tram to MCG and CBD. Quiet Kew street but connected to everything. My mum even made the mosaic dining table, every piece here has a story.

This is my place and Alex's. We wanted to create something that felt inspiring but also calm, somewhere you'd actually want to spend time and read, cook and relax, not just sleep. The design pulls from cities we love: Istanbul, Naples, Florence, Paris, and, of course, Melbourne.

**Please note:** The apartment is located on the 2nd floor with staircase access (no elevator). Please consider this if you're travelling with heavy luggage or have mobility concerns.

Main Bedroom

Queen-size, very comfortable bed with cotton sheets and covers, warm terracotta colours, and good storage. We've kept the Naples theme going here. Think sun-drenched Southern Italy vibes. Blackout potential if you need it.

Lounge Room

The leather couch is beautiful, the kind you can sink into with a book or put your feet up after a long day exploring Melbourne. We've hung Indigenous artwork above it that we've collected over time. Good natural light during the day, warm and cozy at night. There's a TV with Netflix if you want to stream Love Actually, but it's also just a nice space to sit and think or have a conversation over wine.

Study/Office Space

There's a dedicated desk if you're working remotely. We designed it with Istanbul textiles in mind, lots of patterns and texture. The room also has a cot with bedding provided (or bring your own if you prefer) and a changing table if you're travelling with a baby.

Kitchen

Fully kitted out: Miele oven and dishwasher, proper stove, Italian stovetop coffee maker, grinder, all the usual cooking gear. We cook all the time in our kitchen and love it. It's set up properly because we actually use it when we're home.

Outdoor Space

Enjoy the balcony off the living room—perfect for morning coffee or evening wine while soaking in the leafy Kew atmosphere. Just take a chair out and soak up the rays.

Hi we are Alex, Olivia and our little girl Alba and standard Poodle Alfonso. We have recently relocated to Madrid to explore the world, help build Olivia's business Cleopatras bling, and to learn and teach language to Alba. We hope you enjoy staying in our apartment in Kew. It's our little sanctuary where we love to cook, chat and read together. Together we speak a few languages so don't hesitate to reach out if English is difficult. much love
