My living space is a blend of city/country chic, modern design, warm tones, a cowhide rug, and grass on my balcony.

My guest bedroom is a modern minimalist white space with a plush double bed, quilt and quilt cover, Sheridan sheet set, and Sheridan towel sets.

There is hanging space/hangers and drawers available for use.

Access to a hairdryer and toiletries.

Nespresso coffee machine, pods and a variety of milks.

A washing machine and detergent are available in the apartment, clothes rack and clothes dryer, there is also a dry cleaner downstairs if required.

Fridge with freezer, small microwave, fully supplied kitchen.

Internet via Optus 5G.

Guest access
Guests have access to all areas of the apartment other than a locked room.

Access swipe will only give you access to the building itself, the level of the apartment, and the apartment.

A garbage chute for general garbage and a recycle bin is located in the garbage room on our floor.

An evacuation plan is located on the wall where the lifts are.

Please let me know roughly when you plan to be arriving so that I can ensure to meet and greet you.

Check out: Before 11am

Please just leave the access pass on the table and close the door behind you, once you close the door you will be unable to go anywhere other than to ground floor so it is essential that you have everything with you.

Important note:

The access cards are $100 each to replace, so please leave the card behind, as unfortunately if you take it with you or lose it - for security reasons, we will have to deactivate the card and charge you for a replacement.
