Downstairs you'll also find the generous bathroom with walk-in shower and vintage curtain rail hand-picked from the Fryerstown furniture fair.
Up a winding stair case, you'll reach the mezzanine study/ dressing room with ample hanging space. The perfect place to write a novel or work from home.
A cosy sleeping nook with plush queen-size bed and brand new pillow top mattress is located up another 2 steps in the original school house attic above the kitchen. There are reading lamps and bedside tables for two.
Downstairs you'll find a well-appointed kitchen with dishwasher & full size fridge, cooktop and microwave. Ground espresso coffee and a selection of teas are provided along with eco-friendly hand soap in the bathroom and kitchen. BYO shampoo & conditioner.
Under the stairs you'll find a Euro-style laundry with ironing board, iron and hairdryer.
